Many cooks think that they can’t make decent fudge. It can be a little tricky with old fashioned fudge recipes, but Fantasy Fudge with marshmallow cream is almost impossible to mess up. Even better, it tastes fabulous. While many fudge recipes tend to turn out kind of dry and crumbly jordan 11, Kraft Fantasy Fudge always has a nice soft texture that just melts in your mouth.
Directions:
Melt butter in large sauce pan over low heat. When the butter is melted or getting close add sugar and then milk. Cook until sugar is dissolved stirring fairly often.Turn the heat to medium or medium high and bring mixture to a full rolling boil.Stir constantly for 5 minutes with heat reduced some (around medium heat) while mixture is boiling.Remove from heat. Immediately pour in chocolate chips and marshmallow cream and stir. Stir until evenly mixed and a nice chocolate color.Add nuts and vanilla. Stir those in.Pour into 9 x 13 (or close size) pan sprayed lightly with Pam spray or very lightly greased.Let cool.
Original Fantasy Fudge Recipe3 cups sugar¾ cup butter2/3 cup evaporated milk1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz)1 jar Kraft Marshmallow Cream (7 oz)1 tsp vanilla flavoring1 cup chopped nuts
Fantasy Fudge will “set” (harden up). The amount of time depends on the temperature and humidity. Expect to wait and hour or two before it will slice neatly.
Cut into small pieces and store in an airtight container. Use wax paper or tin foil between layers for easier serving. The candy is not really sticky air Jordans Flight 45, but the pieces hold their shape better with come dividers between layers.
Note: Try to make Fantasy Fudge on a clear day. When it's rainy or snowy and with lots of moisture in the air, the fudge sometimes does not set or harden up.
