　　金黔在线讯抢劫杀人潜逃14年，良心发现投案自首。日前，贵阳市中级人民法院一审判处杀人潜逃14年的贵阳籍男子王积平死刑，缓期2年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。

　　据了解，1996年9月初，被告人王积平伙同岑德云、岑朝胜(均已判刑)由广东乘长途客车回贵阳途中预谋抢劫摩托车，1996年9月11日晚，在贵阳市油榨街8路公共汽车站附近，由王积平先出面与摩托车驾驶员谈价之后，王积平坐在驾驶员身后，岑德云坐王积平身后搭乘被害人吴某驾驶的二轮摩托车，岑朝胜搭乘另一司机梁某的摩托车，当来到贵阳市南明区云关乡大田坡村时，王积平用刀架在吴某的脖子上喊停车准备实施抢劫，遭到吴某反抗后，王积平与岑德云持刀朝吴某身上乱刺数刀，致吴某当场死亡，岑朝胜乘坐的摩托车驾驶员梁某见势准备逃跑，被岑朝胜连杀数刀，梁某仍往前跑，又被岑朝胜刺杀背部一刀，之后被拖回原地，梁某跪地求饶才幸免于难，岑朝胜抢得梁某的摩托车和现金30元，之后，三人将两辆摩托车骑走并将摩托车隐藏。

　　案发后，1996年9月12日，岑德云投案自首，1996年9月17日岑朝胜投案自首，时隔14年之后，王积平于今年3月8日才向公安机关投案自首。

　　法院认为，被告王积平投案虽交代了抢劫的犯罪事实，但没有坦白交代在案件中持刀刺杀被害人的犯罪情节，避重就轻，虽然投案，但不能认定为自首，依法判处王积平抢劫罪名成立，判处死刑，缓期2年执行。
