doesn't want a healthy bonus in addition to a good salary? But does your performance warrant it? In most working environments bonuses are given on the basis of job performance. So if you want to earn the type of bonus that you think you deserve, it's important to plan ahead and have a strategy.
Remember, Your year-round accomplishments are what factor into the type of bonus you may be eligible for, and your employers are regularly observing you. You can not expect to get great results by working harder a few weeks before bonuses arrive. Every day you are at work, you should make it a point to give it your all. Here are some easy and actionable ways to work toward a sizeable bonus:
