| PC giant Dell will set up a large operation base in Changsha,Java development outsourcing, the capital city of central China‘s Hunan Province,PHP outsourcing, to "make the city its most important strategic IT services and international outsourcing services base in the next five years", said Al Paul,Flash web development, the global fiscal and tax director of Dell,Software outsourcing companies, on Jan. 17.
As the heart of the strategic layout of new technology,Sharepoint software development, Dell‘s China operation services center is expected to be set up in Changsha to develop software and information services targeting the global market and participating in local key projects. |
