There is no restriction on the venue of board meetings. It can be held at any place chosen unanimously by the majority of the board members, as per their ease and convenience.
What are the legal requirements for holding a Board Meeting?
Notice of a directors' meeting need not be given to directors who waive their entitlement to notice of that meeting, by giving notice to that effect to the company not more than 7 days after the date on which the meeting is held.
